How we work
We manage the full cycle from strategy to launch, so your team stays focused on growth — not vendor management.
Technology that works for your business
-
Easy Content Management
Built on WordPress with a modular block system — your team creates new pages, reuses sections, and updates content without touching code or waiting on developers. Migrating from an old platform? We transfer all your content so nothing gets lost.
-
CRM & Marketing Integrations
Seamless connections to Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Klaviyo, and more — leads and data flow where they need to, automatically.
-
Visitor Intelligence New Feature
Our proprietary tracking script captures every touchpoint — visitor location, device, pages viewed, traffic source — and attaches it to each form submission, so your sales team walks into calls prepared.
-
Scalable Architecture
New languages, regions, product lines — the modular structure scales without rebuilding. Unlimited content capacity, gated resources, client portals, and custom features — all built into the platform.
-
Performance & Reliability
Fast page speeds with high Google PageSpeed scores, 99.9% uptime, clean code, and a responsive design that works perfectly on any device.
-
Compliance & Security
GDPR-ready infrastructure, SSL certificates, and security protocols that pass your compliance team’s review without back-and-forth.

-
How do you communicate complex products on a website?
It starts before we touch the design. We run a discovery phase to understand the product, the buyer, and the technical depth we’re working with.
From there we build clear messaging: the problem, the solution, and the proof that it works. That structure shapes the whole site.
Visuals do the heavy lifting where copy can’t. We use custom illustrations, 3D, and video explainers when a concept lands faster as a picture than a paragraph. Structure matters as much as design. We segment the site by audience so each buyer type sees the version of the product that speaks to them. Technical resources like data sheets stay one click away, and a clear FAQ closes the loop. -
How do you align the website with business and marketing strategy?
We start with the business goals: leads, sales enablement, recruitment, category positioning. From there we map the marketing funnel and design UX and content around specific conversions.
We also bring a Brand Strategy Expert with 10+ years of experience on our side, so building or refining strategy is part of what we do, not something we outsource.
If you already have a marketing strategy, we work inside it. If you don’t, we can help build one before the site work begins. -
What level of involvement is expected from our team during the project?
It depends on the stage and the type of work. Branding, website, marketing, and product design all move at different rhythms.
For a website project: during discovery and design, we usually ask for 3 to 5 hours a week, split between working sessions and reviews. During development, involvement drops to almost zero because we handle everything internally. Closer to launch, we need you back for final review, any content still on your side, and access to systems for deployment.
For other services, the pace shifts. We share a clear plan of what we need from you and when, before we start. -
How scalable is the website after launch?
Scalability depends on the platform we build on, and we choose based on where your business is headed. We work with WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot CMS, and we go deep on each instead of spreading thin across every stack.
WordPress is the most flexible for large sites with custom functionality, heavy content sections like blogs and knowledge bases, animation, and serious SEO.
Webflow works well for smaller sites or marketing landing pages built for paid traffic, though it hits limits at higher page counts and complex functionality.
HubSpot CMS makes sense when tight integration with the HubSpot ecosystem is the priority, though it comes with design and functional constraints worth knowing about. We help you pick the platform that fits the next five years, not just the next six months. -
Can you collaborate with internal teams or external vendors?
Yes, and we do it often. We work alongside in-house marketing teams, external marketing agencies, copywriters, dev teams, photographers and videographers, CRM integrators, and security departments.
Our process is built to plug into whoever is already on your side of the project.
-
How do you integrate with existing systems and marketing tools?
Yes, and we do it often. We work alongside in-house marketing teams, external marketing agencies, copywriters, dev teams, photographers and videographers, CRM integrators, and security departments.
Our process is built to plug into whoever is already on your side of the project. -
Who maintains the current website while the new one is being developed?
We can, if you need us to. We support any CMS.
On past projects we’ve kept a client’s legacy site running for six months during a rebuild, and we’ve handled maintenance on multiple existing sites while developing a new one in parallel. It’s a common request and we’re set up for it. -
How do you structure content for B2B websites?
Around the audience, not around a template. Most B2B sites need to serve more than one buyer type, so we build separate sections or pages for each. Every page closes the full loop: the need, the risks, and why you’re the answer.
Content moves people through awareness, consideration, and decision without making it obvious.
We also format the site so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude can read and cite it accurately, because a growing share of B2B buyers now validates vendors through those tools before ever visiting the site. -
Are you prepared for enterprise procurement processes, including NDAs, insurance, and vendor onboarding?
Yes, this is a standard part of how we work with larger clients. Our US entity VALMAXTECH INC carries Commercial General Liability coverage of $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, and we can add your company as Additional Insured on the policy. We’re ready to sign NDAs, complete security questionnaires, and onboard into your procurement system whenever needed.
