    • What should I put in the first message?

      Whatever helps us understand what you’re after. A link to your current site if you have one, a description of the business, the outcome you want from this project. Bullet points are fine. A one-liner is fine. Skip the formal brief format if that’s what’s holding you up.

    • When do you usually reply?

      Same day if you write during our working hours in Chicago, Zürich, or Ukraine. Overnight otherwise. If your message lands on Saturday, expect to hear from us Monday morning. Faster response guaranteed if you book a call slot instead of waiting for a reply.

    • What happens between me hitting send and hearing back?

      A real person on our team opens the message, looks at your business, and writes back. Either we suggest a time to talk, or we ask a couple of questions to prep for the call. No automated sequences, no templated reply, no assistant pretending to be a founder.

    • Do I need to have a brief or budget ready first?

      No. Most of the projects we take on start with a rough idea, not a written brief. Part of what we do on the first call is help you shape the scope. You’ll get pricing and a formal proposal after we understand what you actually need, not before.

    • Am I committing to anything by sending this?

      Not a thing. The form is a message, not a contract. If our first call goes well, we’ll walk you through what a project would look like. If it doesn’t, we part ways with no bill and no follow-up drip campaign.

    • What if after the first call we decide it’s not the right time?

      Then it’s not the right time. We’re not here to close every conversation into a signed contract. If the timing, budget, or scope don’t add up, we’ll say so directly and, when we can, suggest what would actually help you right now.

    • Can I just send my requirements by email instead of jumping on a call?

      You can, and some clients prefer it. But the call is where you get to feel out whether you actually want to work with us. Our projects tend to run for months and clients usually stay for years afterwards. Both sides benefit from spending 30 minutes together before signing anything.     • What if our budget is too small?

      We work across a range of sizes, from lean startup engagements to full enterprise programs, and we scope each project to fit. What we’re not is the cheapest option in the market. If price is the primary criterion, there are agencies and freelancers built for that. If you’re choosing based on who takes your business seriously and delivers work you can build on, we’re worth the conversation.
