BEHIND THE SCENES OF A HOLDING-WIDE RETHINK
At some point, growth exposes cracks. For Goldbach Group, that moment came when multiple strong businesses no longer felt connected online. This case explores how a multi-business holding was translated into one cohesive online system without sacrificing individuality.

A MULTI-BUSINESS HOLDING BUILT FOR MORE
Goldbach Group is a holding that quite literally builds things you can walk into. Through its construction and development arms, the group delivers large-scale retail and commercial projects, from standalone retail units to full shopping destinations and logistics facilities. Along the way, they’ve partnered with heavyweight names like Leroy Merlin, Kaufland, and Lidl, plus a long list of national and regional retail brands that rely on them to get it done right.
Smart synergy
Across the group, the playbook is smart synergy: architectural design, property management, consulting, and even solar energy projects are stitched together so the group can take a project from vision to value and back again.

A FULL-CYCLE TEAM AT WORK
From the first conversations to the final launch, this project stayed in one team’s hands. A brand designer set the tone, several web designers handled the scale of work, and the build was executed by a front-end and back-end developer duo. A QA specialist kept everything tight, while a project manager held the whole process together. What made it especially demanding was the client side: multiple businesses within the holding, each with its own director, meant parallel conversations, constant alignment, and separate decision-makers, all moving at once, all needing to land on a cohesive result.

ONE HOLDING. MANY BRANDS. ONE DIGITAL SYSTEM.
We’ve already designed one of the websites for the holding, but the real twist in the new project was scale. Goldbach now needed a digital system for an entire holding. We needed one visual language, shared rules, and a strong sense of structure, with enough personality in each site to reflect its role. At the same time, it needed to be a flexible CMS the team could run on their own, fully responsive layouts, SEO basics, analytics, and technical foundations.

LONGEVITY OVER TRENDS
The design direction stayed intentionally calm and professional, built for longevity rather than trends. All sites were developed on WordPress, customized with flexible blocks and content structures that the internal team could easily manage. Technical essentials and responsiveness were part of the core setup, not add-ons. Everything was fully responsive, analytics-ready, and technically solid, with reCAPTCHA, SMTP, news filtering, and custom project sorting baked in.

THE RESULT: A DIGITAL FOUNDATION FOR LONG-TERM GROWTH
The new websites are fully responsive, SEO-ready, analytics-enabled, and supported by all the essential technical integrations behind the scenes. More importantly, Goldbach Group now has a cohesive digital presence that reflects the scale of the holding. The platform is ready for new content, new features, and new directions, and as the project continues, the real performance metrics will follow once the remaining phases are complete.
