PROTECTING THE FORTUNE 500

Every 39 seconds, a cyberattack happens

Founded in 2012, our client is a US-based cybersecurity company focused on application security testing and vulnerability management. Their clients are high-stakes: CTOs and engineering leaders at major corporations. We’ve been working together since 2022, helping maintain and evolve their digital presence as their product and content grew in scale.

BUILT FOR PERFORMANCE

Turning visuals into a site that does more than look good

The designs came in ready to go — crafted by the client’s in-house designer, Badr Abou El Anoua — and our job was to engineer the build to match, down to the last pixel.

Web development process timeline

Looks slick, works smart, and plays nice with Google

We handled secure website development, brought in custom animations, integrated 3D models, and built a content hub from scratch that’s both editor-friendly and future-proof. To top it off, a clean SEO migration kept the structure intact, links alive, and Google still happy.

THE LONG-TERM TEAM

This wasn’t a project to check off the list — it’s been an ongoing collaboration through a retainer contract, and we’ve been right there with them since launch. As their digital presence grew, so did our role. New pages, custom animations, performance updates, SEO fine-tuning — it’s all part of shaping the site’s future, and all the best websites for cybersecurity know it.

SECURED, FLEXIBLE, AND SMOOTH IN MOTION

We worked sprint-by-sprint, in rhythm with the client’s team.
To craft motion that felt elegant (not excessive), we used GSAP — a JavaScript animation library that lets us interactions with frame-perfect control, without compromising performance.
Every animation was intentional: there to guide, to signal, to elevate the experience.
Subtle, sharp, and fast. Just like a cybersecurity website should feel.

Designed to catch the eye

The client has a strong preference for interactive elements, so we leaned into that. Right on the homepage, you’re greeted with a 3D animated version of the logo — a living part of the identity.

CONTENT MADE FOR SCALE

An intuitive system for managing a large content hub

With a growing library of case studies, webinars, service deep-dives, and long reads, the site had to work hard. So, we used WordPress to create a flexible content structure that made everything easy: intuitive editing, tagging, publishing, and full integration with the site’s structure and style. Clean, scalable, and designed to get out of the way — so the content does the talking.

Keeping SEO strong

Virtue Security had spent years building a trusted library of technical content — and they couldn’t afford to lose its impact. That meant migrating all articles from the old site to the new one by transferring the full database while paying close attention to all the quiet but essential details: keeping the URL structure intact, maintaining internal linking, preserving existing content, and protecting backlink equity. Every move was made with ranking stability in mind.

MORE SECURITY PLEASE

From day one, we kept risk low and control high by working inside the client’s own development environment, with handoffs moving through staging before anything touched production — a secure, three-layer flow. We also added a few smart layers of protection. Wordfence handled real-time threat monitoring, while access to the admin panel stayed hidden behind a custom login path. And of course, two-factor authentication made sure only the right people could get in.

Together, we ensure the site stays as secure, scalable, and forward-thinking as the brand it represents.
