About the project
Imagine a safe place for creatives, where they can effortlessly showcase their works and easily connect with the right clients. No toxic competition. Just pure creativity and a smart, intuitive system. Sounds like a startup dream, right?
Well, our client thought so too, and that’s how AVISION was born — a dynamic platform built to unite a community of photographers, videographers, designers, and other creatives.
To help bring this idea to life, we’ve developed a step-by-step plan for launching the AVISION website. Here’s how we did it — straight from our project manager’s notes (don’t tell him).
Everything starts with…
Briefing. Asking questions, getting to know each other, and clearly understanding the client’s vision. It helps us catch the vibes and align on expectations.
Then comes research and strategy. We dive deep into analyzing competitors, the market, trends, and user behavior. Everything we discover or brainstorm is presented to the client to ensure we’re on the same page.

What’s next?
A moodboard session gives us insights into the client’s style preferences and lays the visual groundwork for everything that follows. Then comes user flows, structure, wireframes. And finally — design.

Why minimalistic?
Our audience includes photographers, designers, and art directors — so no visual noise allowed. No unnecessary gradients, no clutter. Just clean, focused design that satisfies the professional eye.
We decided to put all the focus on content — talent portfolios filtered by category, and examples of their work. At the same time, we didn’t overlook aesthetics: we designed an unconventional layout with minimalist animations. Everything followed a clean and simple design approach to create an airy, open space that captures the user’s attention.
Results
We quickly launched the MVP platform using WordPress as the CMS. This allowed us to implement filters and easily manage the site. Successful project testing helped attract more talents to the studio. And our project was featured on Behance twice.

Creating values
through design
Our team is eager to work on projects that have a big idea behind them. For us, design is a way to add visibility and promote a great product. Just like with AVISION, we always take a deep approach — researching the project, the market, and the user behavior. This helps us to create designs that people engage with, not just scroll past.
